  • This is the first tool of its kind to apply modern technology and machine learning to accurately PREDICT success outcomes based on a combination of entrepreneurial types in startup founder/leadership teams. There is no other research and tool with this level of scientific validity, focused on startups.

  • Free online tools are worth the price you pay. And they are not actionable, more for entertainment value (though you might gain some benefit, none of it is scientifically accurate or predictable). In the same way you might get free financial advice from a friend, and it might be pretty good advice... but if you are looking to maximize the value of your investments, you would hire a certified financial planner. The investment returns the value. Similarly, our programs are value-priced and intended to deliver an ROI far beyond the investment.

  • For the survey to collect enough data to be scientifically accurate with relevant actionable data, our analytics partner determined that this was the ideal number of questions. A shorter survey might provide useful information but not be sufficiently accurate. For greater accuracy, the test could be twice as long, but we decided the additional data was not statistically significant enough to expand the survey to a length that would feel burdensome.

  • If you are highly self-aware, the survey might confirm what you feel instinctively, but have not been able to measure scientifically until now. This tool is meant for founder and leadership teams, applying the Ensemble Theory of Personality.
